OHA is Thankful for its Community

OHA is proud to service and support the entire area. To that end, we are giving away acomplete American Standard HVAC system and installation to someone or a family in need this Thanksgiving season.

We all know how hard it can be to make ends meet, especially when a major repair like a new HVAC system is needed. If you can’t afford it, then you go without. We want to step in and change that for someone who is facing hard times.

  • Must be 18 years or older to enter
  • Winner must live in the OHA service area
  • Entries will be reviewed and selected based on the 500-word entry submitted
  • No substitutions or cash prize will be given away
  • Must own your home/townhouse
  • The cost of the new system, install of the system, thermostat, water safety device are all included free. Any construction, renovation, or modification of the home is not included (this is not normally needed anyway but if it is, we cannot pay for that.)
  • Winner pays any taxes they incur
  • Deadline to enter is November 22,2021
  • Winner will be announced November 25,2021
