I’ve used OHA for my HVAC service and maintenance needs for the last couple of years now. Its always a pleasure dealing with this company. From the scheduling to updates about my service technician and their timely arrival and service, I’m always pleased! I just had my system serviced after a long power outage due to the latest snow storm and Justin was right on time, very courteous, checked the whole system thoroughly, explained everything he did, took pictures of things that he checked and or cleaned for me. Ryan was the technician that came out to our home today to inspect our fireplace and chimney to see if replacing our gas fireplace with a wood stove would be an option. Although there is more to it than we thought he was able to provide us with excellent service. He was very informative and knowledgeable about what needs to be done and how everything works. We’re getting our plans in place to make this happen and we look forward to working with him in the future. Highly recommend!
OHA came highly recommended by neighbors and friends and they truly lived up to their name. From the first visit to assess the issues, OHA staff were professional and friendly. When it was obvious our old system was beyond repair, they gave us a range of options and price points and when we selected the materials, connected us with their financing. They arranged an appointment for the next day and started working full on for two days. There were many challenges in this quirky older house but they kept meeting them patiently, always positive and thoughtful. Our house has been brought into the 21C with new programmable HVAC and new hot water heater. We know it is an investment in our home and feel confident it adds value, as well as comfort.
