Either everyone in OHA home service are just as amazing as Mike and LaShaad or I just got lucky to have them as my technician to replace my HVAC. Brian came in to do an initial site survey of our HVAC because we were having issues get cold air. I thought a simple fix would be done but we found out we needed to replace our HVAC (ours was 15 years, so it was time). It’s a stressful thought because everyone knows how expensive it is to replace it. Brain was so great during the entire conversation explaining why it was best to replace instead of fix it, and all the options we had that would work for us. We did the financing option and it was a breeze to sign up for it. He went above and beyond when he called to see if we could get scheduled sooner since he was aware we have a newborn. We only had to wait 2 days for our installation. On top of that he send a member of his team later on the same day to setup a window AC in our room until we were up and running. I was grateful how amazing this company cares about their customers. This is my first experience having my HVAC replaced, but Brian gave us peace of mind and left us looking forward to getting our new unit. Thank you so much Brain!!!! We will continue to use this company for any home issues.

t was conditioning the air. The technician suggested an air cleaning product and informed me that all the units were very dirty and showed me photos. The recommended services (including a annual service plan not purchased) did not address the issue OHA was called to advise on. After about 8 hours, there was little improvement and I called another company to come out. They did a thorough diagnostic and then told me that I should have the units cleaned. The units were very dirty but it was clear from the second company that the coils had not been removed. The very fast talking sales pitch isn’t really the biggest problem here. OHA has done thousands of dollars in work in the last 18 months at my house. They have never one time suggested the units get cleaned and by the way the technician talked the units had build up for years. After this much time in my house looking at the units, making repairs and improvements I find it difficult to believe they never noticed the units were so dirty.

Outstanding customer Service

Keith did an excellent check to find the problem with our air conditioner unit. He was cordial and explained clearly what he needed to do fix our problem. Especially appreciate the care and time he spent to be sure the problem was fixed.

Keith was quick to identify and fix it. His attention to detail was awesome and allowed us to prevent future issues.

Brian Hatfield did an excellent job fixing my A/C. He identified the problem after listening to the outside unit in 15 secs. He should play “Name that Tune”.
