Brain and his Son very professional , nice and respectful. They inspected my entire HVAC system and explained each step of their operation. He brought a serious issue to my attention and went over all the options, pricing of all the different units. The ideal fire would be to have the tip of the flame go up to but not past the the top of the firebox. You should always be able to see the tip of the flame.
