Frederick Ouellette

Founder & Service Manager

Frederick “Fred” Ouellette founded OHA after serving in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. In the Army, Fred worked in logistics — making sure the right resources reached the right place at the right time — a skill set he brought directly into building a home services company.

More than 30 years later, Fred hasn't stepped back. As OHA's Service Manager, he oversees our HVAC technicians and still runs service calls and visits customers personally. When we say the founder's standards are on every job, we mean it literally — some days, the founder is on the job.

Joseph Berardino

Warehouse Logistics

Colonel Joseph Berardino (U.S. Air Force, Retired) served two tours in the Vietnam War, flying more than 200 combat missions as a gunner aboard the AC-47 gunship known as “Puff the Magic Dragon.”

Today, Joe oversees warehouse logistics at OHA — the operation that keeps our trucks stocked and our technicians equipped, so the part you need is on the van when it pulls up.

Joe wrote about his combat experience in his book, Death in the Midnight Sky.

Operations

Song Quichocho served in the United States Marine Corps infantry. Today he helps manage OHA's day-to-day operations and continued growth — bringing the Marine Corps standard of readiness and follow-through to how the company runs behind the scenes.
