Mr. Fredericks Ouellette is the founder of the company, and he served in the Army as a logistician. When Fred got out of the Army, he started learning the HVAC trade and after a number of years he decided to open his own business. He founded this company on being honest and treating people fairly. Mr. Fred is still an active and important part of the company today.
Joseph Berardino is one of the owners of OHA and he served as the CEO of OHA during its highest growth period, taking us to new levels of growth and customer satisfaction. Joe is a retired Colonel from the Air Force, and he was a gunner in Puff the Magic Dragon during ietnam, flying over 200 combat missions. He is the author of Death in the Midnight Sky, an autobiography about his time in Vietnam. Joe is now 80 years old and retired from full-time employment but still offering his advice and wisdom.
