As always OHA has met and actually exceeded my expectations for service. Bernie was friendly, answered my questions, reported on his findings during the visit, and suggested an add-on which will help my unit to run longer and more efficiently.

Bernie took a look at our 12 year old heat pump for us when we had a condensate line issue. He was able to resolve the current issue, but also pointed out some other issues we had. Then, he provided bids to either correct the issue or install a new unit (with the old one being near the average 15-year end-of-life).

This was the first time we had OHA clean and inspect our chimney. Not only was customer service on the phone good but David, technician, that came to the house was very nice, explained everything to me, professional, but also took pictures of the issues (that other company ignored, no pics, that are clearly an issue). What were we paying for before OHA.

Very fast and speedy service, tech went right to it and had the problem diagnosed within minutes. Parts replaced and back in service in less than 2 hours, very pleased.

As always, I am completely satisfied with OHA. Zach came out and took care of our fireplace and heating and air conditioning system and made sure that I understood the status of our unit. I will continue to use OHA while my family and I live in this house.

Brendan found a dirty filter in the dehumidifier and this was causing an uptick in humidity. At my last check up on 3/23 & 5/23 this was not checked.

The technicians came out to my house, assessed the issue and provided expert recommendations on how to solve the issue. I have used OHA at Multiple houses and will continue to do so at this house.

Taylor from OHA Home Services did a very thorough indirection of all my HVAC components, educating me while he was doing the indirection. I learned a lot! Then he did a thorough cleaning of the drain pipes and cooling fins and outside units (clear leaves and debris out of the units), then reassembled the outside units and ensured everything was working correctly. He did an excellent job!!!

Showed up on time, got my fireplace cleaned and tuned up, then explained everything done and answered my questions. Thanks very much.

The technician Bernie was able to come out to our house much earlier than originally expected, witch was wonderful. Once here Bernie was able to determine the cause of the problem quite quickly. He had the parts on this truck to fix the issue the same day. The price forbthe repair was reasonable and the time I was without AC was short. I am extremely happy with the Excellent service Bernie provided and I will be calling OHA for all my future HVAC Service and repair need. Thank you again for the excellent service!
